Lost da VinciLost da Vinci Artwork Sold for $21K – Christie’s auction house may have sold a priceless piece of art by Leonardo da Vinci for a little more than $ 21,000, a painting that appears to have come from a 500-year-old book that contains a family history of the Duke of Milan.

Martin Kemp, an art historian from the University of Oxford believes painting is a portrait of the duke’s daughter. The painting appears in 1998 and created by da Vinci for a wedding book daughter of the Duke of Milan.

“We knew it came from a book, you have the stitch holes and can see the knife cut. Finding it is a miracle in a way. I was amazed,” Kemp told LiveScience. “When doing historical research on 500-year-old objects … you hardly get the circle completed in this way.”

iTunes Match

iTunes Match was initially part of iTunes 10.5 and seemed set to debut with iOS 5 and icloud, but in the Apple event, the media last week the company announced that iTunes will not start game until late October.
